Singer-songwriter Charlie Puth has finalized the sale of his residence in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles for $2.1 million. This real estate transaction occurs just months after the artist and his wife Brooke Sansone Puth celebrated the birth of their first child.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom house which covers 2,400 square feet is positioned to offer views of the city skyline. A notable element of the property is a 450-square-foot space currently utilized as a music studio. Records show that Puth purchased the property for $1.5 million in 2021 representing a shift in his property portfolio as his family grows.
The path to the sale involved several market adjustments. Puth initially listed the home for $2.9 million in August 2025.
