AMBER Alert Called Off as Missing 3-Month-Old Baby Allegedly Abducted by His Mom Found Safe in L.A.

A 3-month-old baby who was allegedly abducted by his mother has been found.

The Hayward Police Department (HPD) announced on Facebook on Wednesday, July 1, that the child, Maxence Sirois, was found “safe and unharmed,” and his mother, Marina Kazakova, 42, was “in custody.”

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) also called off its Amber Alert on the child on the same day. HPD said that officers were working to reunite Maxence with his father.

While police did not say in their press release how they found the mother and son, The Los Angeles Times reported that CHP officers found Kazakova’s vehicle near a parking lot around 11:55 a.m. at Wilshire Boulevard and Veteran Avenue in West L.A…
