A 39-year-old man was caught in the act while allegedly dealing drugs on a Lancaster street in full view of Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies.
The Lancaster Station’s LAN-CAP team observed the man conducting multiple “hand-to-hand narcotics transactions” in the area of 10th Street and Avenue I, according to a Sheriff’s Department Facebook post Wednesday.
