A pedestrian was struck and killed by a bus near Los Angeles International Airport early Thursday morning, authorities confirmed.
The fatal crash occurred shortly after 2 a.m. near South Sepulveda Boulevard and 98th Street in Westchester, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
LAPD and LAX Police officers responded to the scene, where a covered body could be seen behind the bus believed to have struck the pedestrian.
