A “series of related incidents” led to the arrest of a Newhall man on multiple charges, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies announced Saturday.
The investigation began earlier this month, according to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, after the same woman reported multiple run-ins with a suspect who was “previously in a dating relationship with her.”
“During the reported incidents, the male suspect allegedly entered the victim’s residence without permission, stole her vehicle, damaged her vehicle with a hammer and later returned and shattered one of the windows of her residence,” deputies said.
