New audio seemingly indicated that air traffic control was unaware a small plane crashed near a California airport before another pilot questioned them about it.
The single-engine Cessna Skyhawk took down power lines as it crashed upside down near the intersection of Van Nuys Boulevard and Ralston Avenue in Pacoima, Calif., on Monday, April 20, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD).
