Where to expect LAPD sobriety checkpoints in Los Angeles this weekend.
Road safety initiatives will increase across the city this weekend as the Los Angeles Police Department deploys DUI checkpoints designed to deter impaired driving.
The enforcement operations are scheduled for the following dates and locations:
- Friday, May 1: A checkpoint will be stationed at Manchester Boulevard and Hoover Avenue from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Saturday, May 2: Officers will monitor a checkpoint at Venice Boulevard and Culver Boulevard from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
