Forever Friday: Stitch Needs a New Home After His Guardian Was Picked Up by ICE

LOS ANGELES – Stitch was left behind after his guardian was picked up by ICE. Now the young Staffordshire Bull Terrier is in the shelter, waiting for someone in Southern California to give him a safe place to land this spring or summer.

Stitch is a neutered male listed as a large dog at 76 pounds. His listed color is chestnut, and he has been available since Jan. 8, 2026.

Advocates describe him as a charming gentleman with “the cutest black and white cow spots,” joking that he could almost be mistaken for a cow…
