A Southern California man lost thousands of dollars after being targeted by a group of bank jugging thieves in Montebello.
The victim, identified only as “Andrew” out of safety concerns, said he wasn’t even aware he was being targeted until he realized his money was missing.
On April 30, he withdrew $3,000 in cash from a bank in Monterey Park. He got into his car and about half an hour later, pulled into a parking lot in Montebello to grab lunch at a restaurant…
