Deadly 96th And Vermont Crash Stuns Westmont

A crash in South Los Angeles’ Westmont neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon left one person dead and two others hospitalized, authorities said, turning a busy intersection into a grim crime scene and grinding traffic to a halt.
