A class action lawsuit has been filed against The West Hollywood EDITION and Marriott International alleging violations of California labor laws related to wages, breaks and employee records.
The lawsuit, filed by Zakay Law Group in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleges the companies failed to properly compensate employees for all hours worked and violated multiple sections of the California Labor Code.
