Kentucky leaders grapple with housing crisis and rising costs

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — From Louisville to eastern Kentucky, city leaders and developers are working to address a housing crisis that doesn’t have a clean solution.

Scott McReynolds, executive director of the Housing Development Alliance, has been an affordable housing developer in Eastern Kentucky for three decades.
