LOUISVILLE, Ky. — One of the best pizzerias in the United States is in Louisville; that’s according to the international guide, 50 Top Pizza.
For the sixth consecutive year, Coals Artisan Pizza in Louisville was named one of the best in the country by an influential Italian guide.
They were ranked number 28. The review process is all anonymous. No one knows when someone comes in to rank them on their pizza, wine list, service and ambiance. The list started in 2021, and co-owner Mark Peters said Coals is one of 16 pizzerias that have been on the list every year…
