‘All this activity is dangerous’: Highlands neighbors, businesses demand action after another weekend of violence

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The Louisville Metro Police Department is now looking for a man they believe is connected to a violent night in the Highlands that ended with two shootings and two people injured.

Police say the shootings stemmed from fights near clubs in the area.

Through the weekend, Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) officers arrested 24 people in the Bardstown Road corridor. Three of those were juveniles. Police say officers also issued 39 citations.
