According to our partners at Louisville Business First, Hunt Midwest is nearing completion of the first phase of its Simpsonville 64 Logistics Park along Interstate 64.
The developer already finished a 505,000-square-foot facility, with a second 270,000-square-foot building set to wrap up by August, bringing the first phase to about 775,000 square feet of industrial space…
