LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police are preparing for July 4 crowds along Bardstown Road as some Highlands residents circulate petitions that could change alcohol sales rules for businesses in the area.
The holiday is expected to bring crowds to Bardstown Road. Police are seeking to prevent another incident like the one in the early morning hours of June 21, when a fight spilled out of ATOMIC Sound Garden and into the street, resulting in two people being shot.
