LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) -A 21-year-old is facing felony charges after police say two people forced their way into an apartment building in downtown Louisville and then ran from officers.
Court records show Nathan Thomas Arnold, 21, is charged with first-degree burglary and first-degree fleeing or evading police on foot.
