LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Leaders celebrated a milestone Thursday for the East End Crossing .
The bridge, officially named the Lewis and Clark Bridge, opened to traffic 10 years ago, connecting Prospect, Kentucky, to Clark County, Indiana, as part of the Ohio River Bridges Project.
