LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A new 1,110-foot roadway in southeast Louisville is now open to traffic, city officials announced Thursday.
The Hall Place Boulevard Connector, which links Beulah Church Road to Cedar Creek Road, is intended to improve local connectivity, ease traffic congestion on Bardstown Road and reduce cut-through traffic in the nearby Adams Run neighborhood.
