We’re still waiting on tipoff times for Kentucky women’s basketball’s SEC schedule (which could drop as soon as this week), but in the meantime, a couple of start times for a pair of non-conference games were announced on Tuesday.
Louisville and Virginia both posted tipoff times for their respective showdowns with Kentucky ahead of the 2026-27 campaign. The Wildcats will host Louisville at Rupp Arena on Wednesday, Dec. 9 at 9:00 p.m. ET on ESPN. Kentucky will then travel to Nashville for the espnW Invitational on Sunday, Dec. 20 to take on Virginia at 3:30 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
That’s two nationally televised games right there for Kentucky as we enter year three of the Kenny Brooks era. The Wildcats are expected to be ranked among the nation’s preseason top 25 once those polls are released. Louisville might even be a top 10 preseason squad. That rivalry game will be a late-night tip, but it’ll attract plenty of eyes…
