LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A notoriously convicted drug dealer who was on the run for months after posting bond, turns up just blocks from LMPD’s training academy. Jamarcus Glover, the man who was at the center of the raid that led to the death of Breonna Taylor was arrested Monday on numerous warrants. His location was less than a two-minute drive from the police department’s facility.
