LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Down Syndrome of Louisville raised more than $272,000 at its Kindness Warrior Walk Saturday at Waterfront Park. The annual mile and a half walk is one of the largest fundraising events of the year for the organization, which serves more than 1,300 families in the Louisville area and Southern Indiana.
