NuLu church-turned-Airbnb on the market for $2.1M

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A church-turned-Airbnb in Louisville’s NuLu neighborhood is up for sale, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.

The rental property known as the Holy Goat is listed for $2.1 million. It is located at 218 and 220 S. Clay St. and currently operates as five short-term rental units on Airbnb.

Each unit has a theme tied to Louisville history. The ground floor, for example, is called The Ali Suite — an homage to Muhammad Ali. It includes a king-size bed, kitchenette and two lounge sofas.
