LUBBOCK, Texas — On Tuesday morning, San Diego Delgado, 43, pleaded guilty to capital murder and was sentenced to 30 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in connection with the death of an inmate at the Montford Unit. He received 351 days of jail credit and was fined $5,000, according to court records.
