LUBBOCK, Texas — Starting tomorrow morning, June 11, TxDOT is scheduled to begin pavement repairs to the west Loop 289 southbound frontage road, between 26th and 34th Streets. Milling and resurfacing the inside frontage road lane are expected to take up to two days to complete.
