LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock non-profit Easy R Equine Rescue is excited to present their biggest fundraiser of the year, the 14th annual Heroes for Horses fundraising event on Friday, October 9, at 6:30 p.m.
All proceeds made go directly to the costs of rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming horses that make their way to Easy R. The goal for this year’s event is to raise $75,000.

Guest hosting this year’s event will be Matt and Kay Rush, two individuals with careers in the western world and will bring liveliness and humor to the event. Rusty Durham is set to be the live auctioneer. Lubbock music icon Kenny Maines will be providing entertainment throughout the event.
Shopping opportunities will be available in both silent and live auctions as well as the chance to win raffle prizes and door prizes…
