IDALOU, Texas — Long before “regenerative agriculture” became a buzzword, Jim Burnett had a vision. Today, his daughter Sarah Burnett is carrying that vision forward, running the natural soil-health company he built from the ground up.
Texas Earth got its start in 2004 in Brownfield before relocating to its current home in Idalou. “Texas Earth was started in 2004 by my dad, Jim Burnett, in Brownfield, Texas actually,” Sarah said. “He started the company with the intention and design of healing the soils of the Earth.”
