A 58-year-old man was sentenced Thursday to more than 11 years in prison for his role in a September armed robbery at a central Lubbock bank.
Otis Roy Williams, who has been held at the Lubbock County Detention Center since Oct. 1, appeared before U.S. District Judge James Wesley Hendrix for a sentencing hearing.
