Texas Tech men’s and women’s cross country participated in the Lori Fitzgerald Memorial Open at the New Mexico State University golf course on Saturday. Sophomore Juliet Cherubet placed first overall with a time of 17:06 in the women’s 5k. Sophomore teammate Anastasia Chepkorir finished in third with a time of 17:33, according to Tech Athletics.
