LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire near 130th Street and Frankford Avenue Thursday afternoon. The blaze was called in just before 1 p.m. When fire crews arrived, they found smoke coming from a large rental facility. Officials said two of the rental storage units were smoking.
