LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office arrested Domingo Ray Rodriguez, 33, in the area of 49th Street and Joliet Avenue Wednesday during a barricaded subject call.
Members of the Texas Anti-Gang Unit were attempting to locate and arrest Rodriguez, who had an outstanding arrest warrant for Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction and Tampering and Fabricating Evidence with Intent.
When Rodriguez refused to come out of the residence, barricaded subject protocols were started and LCSO SWAT was contacted. Rodriguez was taken into custody at around 5:30 p.m. He was transported and will be booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center.
