A Lodi woman received a one-year deferred prosecution Tuesday, with a felony stalking charge reduced to a misdemeanor and clear instructions to stay out of trouble.
Sandra Raymond, 59, appeared in Columbia County Circuit Court on the afternoon of May 26, facing a single count of misdemeanor harassment, replacing a prior charge of felony stalking.
Raymond was charged in May 2025 following a series of incidents involving herself and a Columbia County Sheriff’s Office deputy.
