GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office says a woman is in custody in connection with a UTV crash that killed two people in April.
Investigators are recommending charges against Megan Zimmerman, 26, including two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and one county of second-degree recklessly endangering safety. The Green Lake County District Attorney will make the final charging decision.
