Wisconsin man arrested for cutting power cords to several food trucks

MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – Police in Wisconsin say one man is now in custody after damaging and removing the power cords to several running food trucks.

According to a release from the Madison Police Department, officers responded to the 1200 block of North Sherman Avenue around 11:50 a.m. on Thursday for reports of damaged and missing power cords.

Security video was reviewed as part of the police response, and it showed a suspect damaging and stealing the power cords to the trucks around 4:00 a.m.

Officers found the suspect at a nearby home on Huxley Street where he was arrested and taken to the Dane County Jail on potential charges related to the damage of property…
