MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Madison man accused of resisting arrest, assaulting officers and carrying a concealed weapon made his initial appearance in court on Tuesday.
Dominique Hale was arrested on Saturday after Monona Police Department said he resisted arrest, assaulted officers and was found carrying a loaded handgun.
Hale faces charges of:
- resisting or obstructing an officer,
- battery to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system,
- carry concealed weapon, possess firearm – adjudicated delinquent of a felony,
- attempt escape – criminal arrest
- resist officer – substantial bodily harm/soft tissue injury.
In court, Hale was issued a cash bond of $500 by court official Brian Asmus…
