Expect seasonal flavors, ice cream flights and “magic sodas” at Asteria Ice Cream & Soda, a new ice cream parlor in downtown Sun Prairie.
Asteria is set to open “any day now” at 111 W. Main St. in the Monarch on Main building, said co-owner Ti Gauger. The shop is between Jinx Coffee and Prairie Pages, an independent bookstore.
To start, Asteria will be open from noon to 8 p.m. Thursdays and Sundays and noon to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays…
