ELBA, Wis. (WMTV) – Officials are asking people to shelter in place and avoid the area of Rec Road and Temkin Road in the Town of Elba due to a safety concern Sunday night.
Authorities said the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, Columbia County Sheriff’s Office and Columbus Police Department are currently involved in an active tactical situation.
