Mount Horeb, Wis. (WMTV) – Over the last four days, the Mount Horeb community hosted its annual Summer Frolic Festival: a four-day event that has marked the start of summer for 56 years.
The festival brings families from across the state to Dane County for carnival games and rides, a slow-pitch softball tournament, live music and bingo.
