MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Madison Police Department officers arrested the passenger of a car on Saturday who allegedly grabbed the steering wheel, causing a crash.
MPD responded to a call of a crash around 7:15 p.m. Saturday near Whitney Way and the Beltline.
