Board of Regents approved millions for aging infrastructure weeks before UW-Madison AC issues, records show

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – More than 20 buildings on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus are locked on Tuesday as crews work to address air conditioning issues caused by a broken chilled water line.

Meanwhile, university records are raising new questions about the state of UW-Madison’s infrastructure.
