WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. (WTVO) — A man faces obstruction charges after police say he claimed his car had been stolen after his son, a former Ogle County Deputy, crashed and abandoned the car on I-39 last year.
The Illinois State Police on Tuesday announced the arrest of Danny S. White, 62, of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.
