Suspect at-large after threatening to blow up downtown business

MADISON, Wis. — A suspect remains at-large after threatening to blow up a downtown business, according to Madison police.

Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Gilman Street just after 10 p.m. where police said there was a dispute between some parties inside which led to a subject pulling a handgun from their waistband, chambering a round and saying “I’ll blow this place up.”

Police said no witnesses indicated that the suspect pointed the gun at anyone and they ran from the scene prior to police arrival…
