ARLINGTON, Wis. — Opposition is building in southern Wisconsin over two proposed 765-kilovolt transmission line projects, known as Maribell and BECI.
A public conversation was held in Arlington on Monday to discuss the proposals. The projects would run across state borders with Minnesota and Illinois, including through southern Wisconsin.
