MADISON, Wis. — A jury could not reach a verdict Monday night on two counts in the trial of a man accused of killing a Sun Prairie woman last year.
Gerson Blas Noe, 25, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, giving false information on a kidnapped or missing person and hiding a corpse. The charges stem from the death of 27-year-old Ingrid Valverde-Ponce, a woman with whom he had a relationship.
