MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The City of Madison is warning people and drivers who park on the street to keep an eye on some spots that are prone to flooding.
The city says those include parts of Mifflin Street, North Third Street near East Johnson and Grand Canyon Drive at Odana Road.
Other spots include North Midvale Boulevard at University Avenue, University at Highland Avenue and Marty Road at Raymond…
