MADISON, Wis. — A 19-year-old man was hospitalized following a possible targeted shooting in Madison early Sunday morning, police said.
Multiple callers reported hearing gunshots outside an apartment building along the 500 block of Northport Drive, near Central Wisconsin Center Prairie, shortly after 6:30 a.m.
