Nadiya Naaz has known how to cook since she was 8 years old.
As the only child of a family living in Southern India, she “had to know how to make all the Indian dishes,” she said. Naaz found she not only loved cooking, she was good at it, though it would take another couple decades for her to manifest the dream of owning a food business of her own.
