MADISON, Wis. — Madison added 338 new homes in the month of April, according to the City of Madison Housing Tracker dashboard.
The city reported the 338 is higher than the average of 255 it has seen during the month of April.
Additionally, 632 new homes were issued building permits in April, which is double the average of 321 the city has seen in April dating back to 2021…
