MONONA, Wis. (WMTV) – The Monona Police Department arrested two teenagers early Saturday for driving over 100mph.
According to Monona police, Madison police saw two vehicles driving south on Highway 51 without their headlights on around 2:40 in the morning. Monona Police then saw two vehicles driving through the Highway 51 and East Broadway intersection going 100mph with light on.
