MADISON, Wis. — A 35-year-old Madison man accused of child neglect after a six-year-old child shot themselves in the head at the Harmony Apartments in May 2025 pleaded guilty, online court records show.
Zeyheari Powell, 35, is charged with neglecting a child with the consequence being great bodily harm.
